When students log on to Google Classroom each day at 8:00 a.m., they must first log their attendance by marking “present” in the attendance check, which will be posted in their first class each day. This will ensure teachers and the front office that students are attending classes daily. This is vital for Arizona state records. If a student has not completed the attendance check, the front office will call parents by the end of the day notifying them of their absence. If your child will be absent, please call the school at 623.889.0822, Option 4, or email at attendance@glendaleprep.org. Please remember to speak slowly and clearly, include your full name, student’s full name, grade, reason for absence, and details of sickness in the message.
