INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS FOR MAY1:
Parents are invited to observe and cheer for our Class of 2020 students from the vicinity of your parked cars. We ask that you enter through the 83rd Avenue entrance between 5:10-5:25 p.m. For safety reasons, please note the parking lot will be closed at 5:25 p.m.
Please park in the parking spaces that face the building. Should we run out of designated spaces facing the building, we will have volunteers assisting you in parking event style along the curb, facing 83rd Ave.
Families are encouraged to make signs and place them on/in your windshield so students will see them as they drive by.
We would like to create a video of our seniors. Please submit photos documenting your senior’s year: athletic events, drama productions, Epic Cycle, or just hanging out with friends to Mrs. Smith by May 1, 2020 at rsmith@glendaleprep.org.

Plan to wear an appropriate t-shirt from the college you will be attending. If you do not have a t-shirt from your college, wear your uniform shirt or a solid colored shirt. Additionally, someone from Administration will be checking to ensure t-shirts are appropriate before the parade begins.
Feel free to decorate your cars – window paints, clever signs, etc. Please just ensure it is appropriate.
Arrive between 5:00-5:20 p.m. through the STUDENT parking lot entrance off Pinnacle Peak Road and proceed to the student parking lot with your window rolled down. The entrance will be closed at 5:20 p.m. DO NOT BE LATE AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
A volunteer will help each car line up in formation to maximize space.
Students will exit the parking lot via Pinnacle Peak Road.
