PSO Monthly Meetings

It was great to see some new faces at last week’s meeting, it was wonderful to get new ideas and input that is so valuable as we plan future events and programs. Please see our meeting dates below for this school year.

Night of the Griffins (NOTG)

We had a great discussion about our Spring 2023 event in last week’s meeting; please watch out for information coming shortly for some fabulous volunteer opportunities!  For those of you who are not familiar with Night of the Griffins, this is an annual event to unite our community for an evening of fun and games for our kids, family, and neighbors.  Please keep your eyes open for future updates!

Lunches

Our system is now open for weekly ordering, but you can (and this seems easier) order for the whole month in one go. Our weekly ordering closes at 10:00 pm each Thursday evening. Please make sure to email gplunches@gmail.com with questions regarding the lunch program.

Our daily vendors are the following:

Monday – Raising Canes
Tuesday – Culver’s
Wednesday – Half Day: No Lunch Provided
Thursday -Chick Fil A
Friday -Barros

Teacher Appreciation Lunches

It has been the PSO tradition to provide lunch once a month for our faculty, traditionally on a Teacher Development day. Please sign up HERE for this year’s lunches that will now take place on WEDNESDAYS. For your convenience, we have all of the dates added to the sign up for the whole year; the software will then send you monthly reminders. This is a great opportunity to volunteer in person and/or donate some of the food items needed!

Donuts on Fridays 

The fun tradition of donuts in the courtyard will resume this Friday, August 19th. Please remind your students that they can purchase a donut and either juice or milk for only $1.00 starting at 7:15am each Friday.
