We hope you all had a wonderful spring break and made lasting memories with your families and friends. We are now in the last quarter of this school year; how time has flown! This is a busy time for all, so please make sure you have our Night of the Griffins event on your calendar.

Mark your calendars for April 9^th, 4:00-8:00 pm, to come out and celebrate a night of fun for the entire family!  Bring your family, friends, and neighbors. Night of the Griffins is a family and community event to celebrate our school, students, and amazing families!!

What do you have to look forward to this year?  How about food trucks, arcade games, carnival games, rock wall, karaoke… and what carnival would be complete without a DUNK TANK?!  See our official flyer HERE! We will have wristbands and tickets available for presale on the PSO online shop so you can plan ahead for your evening of fun. Purchase them HERE or by using the QR code above. Keep an eye out for these items! Plus, receive a bonus if you buy your wristbands ahead of time!  The wristbands will be for unlimited play on the fantastic arcade games that will be available in the Glendale Prep Gym.

Teacher Appreciation Week: May 2-6

With the end of the year approaching, now is the time for us to show our appreciation and gratitude to all the hardworking teachers and staff at the GP. During this week, the PSO will provide daily treats for the staff, and this year’s theme is Carnival. At the end of the week the teachers will receive gift cards to enjoy at their favorite stores and restaurants. Please use THIS link to donate to this great program.

The PSO will use these funds to purchase gift cards on your behalf, or you can also purchase your own gift cards in denominations of $10 each card and hand them in to the office before Tuesday, May 3^rd.

We are also looking for help:

1. With decorations. If anyone has any great artists or crafters in the family we would love some signs or posters to put up in the teacher’s lounge. We would like to keep with the Carnival theme, but ensure we are within our Great Hearts philosophy.
2. With food set up/clean up. Each day we are looking for a couple of volunteers to arrive at school in the morning to set up that day’s treat in the teacher’s lounge.

Weekly Lunches

As a reminder, weekly lunch ordering closes each Friday at 10:00 pm for orders for the following week. You can, of course, still order for the entire month if you would like. Lunch order link: https://greathearts.boonli.com/.

Friday Donuts

Please remind your student about the fun tradition of donuts in the courtyard! Fridays before school students can purchase a donut and either juice or milk for only $1.00 starting at 7:15 am!
