PSO Board Meeting

Our first Board Meeting of the year will be Thursday, September 7^th at 5:30 pm in the Glendale Prep Library, and we hope to see you there! PSO is a fun way to get involved with your student’s academic career! We have a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year, and we welcome everyone to come and participate in the Board Meetings. This is an opportunity to share your ideas and be informed about the upcoming events. Please note September 7^th on your calendar to come and introduce yourself as well as share your thoughts and ideas!

Teacher Appreciation Lunch

Our first Teacher Appreciation lunch is August 23^rd.  We so appreciate anyone who is able to sign up to help and/or donate food. For those of you who are new to Glendale Prep, Teacher Appreciation lunch is just one way we work to tell our teachers how wonderful they are and how grateful we are that they are part of the Glendale Prep Family!  Each month the PSO and parents provide lunch for the entire faculty and staff. Please sign up HERE to help serve the teachers or bring a dish for the meal. For ease, we have the whole year set up so you can sign up now through the end of April 2024. Thank you so much for your support!

Lunches

Our system is now open for weekly ordering, but you can (and this seems easier) order for the whole month in one go. Our weekly ordering closes at 10:00 pm each Thursday evening. Please make sure to email gplunches@gmail.com with questions regarding the lunch program.

Our daily vendors are the following:

Monday – Raising Canes
Tuesday – Culver’s
Wednesday – Half Day: No Lunch Provided
Thursday – Chick Fil A
Friday – Sardella’s

NOTE: Last week was our first time having Sardella’s pizza delivered. Barro’s is no longer able to provide delivery service, so we had to choose another vendor. Barro’s recommended Sardella’s since they have a similar pizza crust and were supposed to be similar in piece size. We came to realize these are much smaller than what the students were used to. This week the slices will be larger and chips will be added.  We thank you for your patience as we iron out these details.
