Spring Concerts

Spring concerts are just around the corner on May 1st and May 8th, and we need volunteers and donations to help make this night special. HERE is the sign-up for the May 1st concert; HERE is the sign up for the May 8th concert. We would be grateful to all those who are able to help with these events. Thank you in advance!

Teacher Appreciation Lunch

Our next Teacher Appreciation lunch will be on April 24th. Thank you to all those who have already signed up. We have all the donation and volunteer spots filled. This is amazing! Thank you, everyone, so much for all your help!!

Uniform Exchange- July 25th

PSO’s next Uniform Exchange/ Spirit Wear sales will be at Bookstore on July 25th. Please mark your calendars and reach out to Becky Brown regarding volunteer opportunities. We are also looking for a lead parent who is willing to help on an ongoing basis. This is a great way to get involved in a big way with minimal time commitment. Without parent volunteers these events cannot successfully benefit our families. If you have interest in serving please look for a sign up closer to the event.

If you urgently need a piece of clothing before the end of the year please contact Becky Brown at blessed2babrown@gmail.com and she will try her best to accommodate your need.

A Note from Debbie Ayer: PSO President – THANK YOU!

This week my special heartfelt thanks goes to our Board Treasurer, Lorenzo Gonzalez. Like me, Lorenzo is also stepping down from the Board. He has been our treasurer for a few years now, taking over from Debbie King who had been with us since the start of this location. Lorenzo, like all of us on the Board, works full time. The role of the treasurer can be time demanding and honestly frustrating at times as new procedures are put in place, and different technology used. Lorenzo has steadfastly worked through it all and tried to find solutions to make it as easy as he can for the rest of us, and I truly thank you for that Lorenzo. I will miss his humor and easy-going style and want to thank him personally for all his support and hard work he has given me, the PSO, and the Board over the years.

PSO Board Meetings

Our final PSO meeting will be May 2nd at 5:30 PM in the GP Library.

Lunches

Our system is open for weekly ordering, but you can (and this seems easier) order for the whole month in one go. Our weekly ordering closes at 10:00 PM each Thursday evening. Please make sure to email gplunches@gmail.com with questions regarding the lunch program.

Our daily vendors are the following:

Monday – Raising Canes
Tuesday – Culver’s
Wednesday – Half Day: No Lunch Provided
Thursday – Chick Fil A
Friday – Sardella’s
