Teacher Appreciation Lunch

Our next Teacher Appreciation lunch will be on April 24th. Thank you to all those who have already signed up. If you would like to donate or volunteer, please click HERE. We can’t do it without you and the teachers appreciate it so much!

Uniform Exchange- July 25th

PSO’s next Uniform Exchange/ Spirit Wear sales will be at Bookstore on July 25th. Please mark your calendars and reach out to Becky Brown regarding volunteer opportunities. We are also looking for a lead parent who is willing to help on an ongoing basis. This is a great way to get involved in a big way with minimal time commitment. Without parent volunteers these events cannot successfully benefit our families. If you have interest in serving please look for a sign up closer to the event.

If you urgently need a piece of clothing before the end of the year please contact Becky Brown at blessed2babrown@gmail.com and she will try her best to accommodate your need.

A Note from Debbie Ayer: PSO President – THANK YOU!

This week I want to start thanking my fellow Board Members. Along with the many parent volunteers that have supported the PSO and me over the years, I wanted to take a moment to say a special thank you to my colleagues who have served with me on the Board. We are only a small team but cover a huge amount of work over the course of the year. This week I want to say thank you to Cathy Cleland, our Secretary for a number of years now. Like myself, this is her final year on the PSO Board. Before she became the Secretary she volunteered for many PSO events, from the lunch program to the Night of the Griffins event, ever since her son started at Glendale Prep. Thank you, Cathy, for your patience – even as I type this, she is patiently waiting for the information for the weekly blast I send to her each Monday (sometimes Tuesday), so she can do her magic and make it into a readable document to send to the school. She is so kind and generous, and I am going to miss working with her in the future. So, thank you again, it’s been a real pleasure.

Our final PSO meeting will be May 2nd at 5:30 PM in the GP Library.

Lunches

Our system is open for weekly ordering, but you can (and this seems easier) order for the whole month in one go. Our weekly ordering closes at 10:00 PM each Thursday evening. Please make sure to email gplunches@gmail.com with questions regarding the lunch program.

Our daily vendors are the following:

Monday – Raising Canes
Tuesday – Culver’s
Wednesday – Half Day: No Lunch Provided
Thursday – Chick Fil A
Friday – Sardella’s
