A Note from Debbie Ayer: PSO President – THANK YOU!

I have been on the Board of first Archway Glendale and then Glendale Prep since the school started in 2013, and I am sadly now coming to the end of this journey. Throughout this time there have been so many people that have answered the call and helped me along the way, and who have been by my side during this time, supporting the school via the PSO with our programs and events. So, over the next couple of months I wanted to take the time to selfishly and personally thank some of these people here on the weekly blast.

I would like to start with acknowledging our Teacher Appreciation Lunch coordinator. Teacher Appreciation lunches are a staple at GP, a monthly event that our faculty eagerly anticipates. Over the years, a number of people have headed this important project. I want to personally thank Laura Rogers, who has been in charge of this for a few years now. She works tirelessly and diligently to ensure each month’s luncheon is fulfilled and delivered to the highest standard. She has a great team of volunteers that help her monthly, and I thank all of them, too.

Thank you, Laura, for all you do for our school and staff, it is so very appreciated.

PSO Board Meetings

Our next PSO meeting will be March 7th at 5:30 PM in the GP Library. Please see below for the full year’s meeting schedule.

PSO is a fun way to get involved with your student’s academic career. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year, and we welcome everyone to come and participate in the Board Meetings. This is an opportunity to share your ideas and be informed about the upcoming events.

Lunches

Our system is open for weekly ordering, but you can (and this seems easier) order for the whole month in one go. Our weekly ordering closes at 10:00 PM each Thursday evening. Please make sure to email gplunches@gmail.com with questions regarding the lunch program.

Our daily vendors are the following:

Monday – Raising Canes
Tuesday – Culver’s
Wednesday – Half Day: No Lunch Provided
Thursday – Chick Fil A
Friday – Sardella’s
